VW ENDURANCE //  Volkswagen sponsored numerous marathon and cycling events around the country. To connect their events to a brand strategy, we created Team VW, a network of VW owners who also participated and competed in endurance events. At each event stop, Team VW members received VIP treatment, gifts, takeaways, and other perks. Team VW became an extremely successful partnership platform that garnered tremendous praise and generated leads for local VW dealers, who we worked with closely to integrate the events to car sales. At marathon events, we created the Why I Run? platform that invited entrants to share why they ran. Their answers were genuinely inspiring, funny, honest, and sad – the raw emotions only helped elevate the events beyond just a brand sponsorship.
